By participating in OSU Furry Club events, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Liability Waiver
I understand that the OSU Furry Club and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur during the event. I assume all risks associated with participation.
Performance Disclaimer
I acknowledge that performances at this event represent the views of individual performers and may include music, dancing, or live entertainment. The OSU Furry Club does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of individual performances.
Food & Allergy Awareness
I understand that food and beverages provided at the event may contain or have come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. I accept full responsibility for any dietary restrictions or allergic reactions.
Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for the OSU Furry Club to capture photographs and videos for promotional and archival purposes unless I explicitly notify event staff otherwise. I understand that the club is not responsible for media captured by other attendees.
Code of Conduct Agreement
I agree to uphold the OSU Furry Club's Code of Conduct by treating all attendees with respect and ensuring a welcoming environment. I acknowledge that harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in my removal from the event at the discretion of event organizers.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that certain activities at this event may involve physical movement, including but not limited to dancing and interactive performances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and release the OSU Furry Club and its organizers from liability.
Event Guidelines Compliance
I agree to follow all additional event guidelines and instructions provided by the OSU Furry Club to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
