BeavCon™ 2025 is more than just a con, it's a cozy, creative celebration of fandom at its best! Here are some of the exciting features you can look forward to:
Whether you're rocking a full suit, a handmade mask, or a comfy hoodie with ears, we love it. Show off your style and vibe with fellow fans.
Browse amazing student and community vendors, grab a print or sticker, or chill in our open art zone to doodle with friends.
Get your tail waggin' with music and lights! We'll have DJs spinning bangers throughout the night, with room to dance, bounce, or just vibe.
We've got snacks, juice, and other non-caffeinated, OSU-approved beverages available at no cost while supplies last. Come hungry and stay energized!
Play party games, tabletop, or check out special setups from other OSU clubs. Whether you want to chat or chill, we've got a space for you.
We're all about celebrating fandom safely, respectfully, and with joy. All ages welcome (under 18 must be with a guardian), and everyone belongs.

How BeavCon™ Keeps You Safe
BeavCon™ is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees. Here are some of the ways we ensure your safety and comfort:
BeavCon™ is a safe, inclusive, and respectful event for all attendees. We have a few rules and guidelines to ensure that everyone has a great time. View OSU's Code of Conduct.
Weapons of any kind are not permitted, including real or replica firearms, airsoft guns, swords, and props that resemble real weapons. Prop items must be clearly fake, peace-tied, and approved at check-in.

Nothing you wear or carry should be able to launch, cut, or harm someone—intentionally or accidentally. This includes arrows, bladed items, or objects with sharpened points.
Always ask for consent before taking photos or videos of attendees. No flash in low-light or quiet areas unless explicitly allowed.
BeavCon is hosted on a smoke-free campus. No alcohol, smoking, or vaping is allowed inside or around entrances to BeavCon venues, even for those over 21.

Harassment, hate speech, or disrespect of any kind is not tolerated. Please ask for consent before hugging or taking photos. BeavCon follows OSU's Code of Student Conduct and Beavfurs' anti-harassment policy.
Please avoid gathering in hallways, crowding ramps, or blocking emergency exits. These spaces must remain accessible at all times.
💡 Mobility devices always get priority access.
To ensure safety, our staff may conduct bag checks at entry. These checks are brief and respectful. Anyone refusing inspection may be denied access to the venue.
If you notice something unsafe, notify Event Staff right away (look for red badges). For medical or serious emergencies, call 911 first, then inform staff.

We're committed to access for all. Use our Accessibility Request Form to let us know if you need anything, from seating preferences to ASL interpretation.
Clothing, signs, or badges with slurs, hate speech, or extremist imagery are not allowed at BeavCon. Let's keep the space safe for everyone.
If you wear a full fursuit head, mask, or other face covering, staff may briefly ask you to remove it at the door to verify identity for safety reasons.
Do not sell merch, hand out flyers, or promote services unless you're an approved vendor or have prior permission from staff.
Use a handler if possible. Take breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid blocking narrow walkways or crowding spaces while suited.
Please avoid shouting, playing loud music, or creating disruptive noise that could interfere with activities or disturb others—especially in chill zones or neurodivergent-safe areas.
