BeavCon™ 2025 is more than just a con, it's a cozy, creative celebration of fandom at its best! Here are some of the exciting features you can look forward to:
- Fursuits, cosplay, and characters galore
Whether you're rocking a full suit, a handmade mask, or a comfy hoodie with ears, we love it. Show off your style and vibe with fellow fans.
- Artist Alley & Crafts
Browse amazing student and community vendors, grab a print or sticker, or chill in our open art zone to doodle with friends.
- Music and Dance Space
Get your tail waggin' with music and lights! We'll have DJs spinning bangers throughout the night, with room to dance, bounce, or just vibe.
- Food, Drinks, and Snacks
We've got snacks, juice, and other non-caffeinated, OSU-approved beverages available at no cost while supplies last. Come hungry and stay energized!
- Games, Chill Zones & Club Collabs
Play party games, tabletop, or check out special setups from other OSU clubs. Whether you want to chat or chill, we've got a space for you.
- Pawsitive Vibes
We're all about celebrating fandom safely, respectfully, and with joy. All ages welcome (under 18 must be with a guardian), and everyone belongs.

Volunteering is a great way to get involved and help make BeavCon™ 2025 a success! Volunteers will receive a free ticket and a special volunteer badge.

- Safe Space Policy
We have a strict safe space policy to ensure that all attendees feel welcome and respected. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- Trained Staff
Our event staff are trained to handle any issues that may arise and are here to help you. If you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please reach out to a staff member.
- Emergency Hotline
If you need immediate help during the event, call our on-site hotline at (541) 250-3031 to reach BeavCon staff directly.
- Accessibility Accommodations
Need accommodations? Fill out our accessibility request form before the event, we'll do our best to support mobility, sensory, or other needs.
- Lounge & Low-Stim Zones
We provide quiet areas with seating and soft lighting for anyone who needs a sensory break or just wants to chill.
- Emergency-Ready Team
PFF is trained for OSU's Disaster and Incident Response Team, registered on NREMT, and we follow OSU emergency procedures. First aid and communication protocols are always in place.
